MECHANICAL ADHESIVE SYSTEM:
Another installation method for ceramic facade cladding is adhesive application. It can be applied seamlessly on building exteriors up to a maximum height of 30 meters. The ceramic panels are mounted onto aluminum carrier profiles using temporary support tape and a high-strength polyurethane-based material that maintains elasticity between -40°C and +100°C. Joints can be open or closed. Upon request, panels can be installed with either open or closed joints. In the Closed Joint System, in addition to open joints, special aluminum profiles in the desired RAL color are mounted on the vertical and horizontal joints of the cladding material, effectively closing the gaps between panels.
MECHANICAL CLIP SYSTEM:
Suitable for multi-story building facades. Porcelain tiles are attached to clips mounted on vertical carrier aluminum profiles aligned with each vertical joint. This system features open joints, with joint widths ranging from 4–8 mm. Besides protecting the building facade from external weather conditions, it provides insulation against heat, water, and sound, contributing to energy efficiency. The tiles are mounted onto the carrier aluminum profiles with stainless steel visible clips and EPDM gaskets, resulting in an economical and reliable installation system. It can be used in various sizes. Granite porcelain tiles, with high impact resistance, surface hardness, stain resistance, and low water absorption, are lightweight compared to natural stone materials and are installed on their specialized construction over a layer of stone wool.
MECHANICAL HIDDEN CHANNEL (ZIKOV) SYSTEM:
Clips fitted into four dovetail-shaped channels on the porcelain tiles are mounted onto vertical aluminum carrier profiles and connected to horizontal carrier profiles. Suitable for multi-story building facades, the open joint maintains a minimum 4 mm gap. Typically applied to tiles sized 60×60 cm, 60×120 cm, and 50×100 cm. The system protects the building facade from external weather conditions and allows heat, water, and sound insulation, contributing to energy efficiency. The mechanical ceramic facade system is preferred for both interior and exterior facades due to its high abrasion and impact resistance, low water absorption, stain resistance, easy installation, weather durability, and wide range of colors and sizes.
MECHANICAL POLYURETHANE SUSPENDED SYSTEM:
Applicable to multi-story building facades. Porcelain tiles are mounted onto horizontal aluminum carrier profiles using a polyurethane mask and clips. This system creates a stepped vertical joint between tiles and is suitable for all sizes. Aluminum joint profiles of 5 or 8 mm can be applied to vertical joints to create a closed joint system. The system protects the building facade from external weather, provides heat, water, and sound insulation, and contributes to energy efficiency.
